How do you find a hair stylist/beautician that is good at cutting fine hair?

I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and have been to some very expensive salons but have never found cut that works with my type of hair.

Next time you see someone with hair that is like/similar to yours and has a good cut, ask where they got it done and by who.
