How does a beautician attract customers to therre counter?

Can you give me advice please on what beauticians, (in particular make up advisors) say to there customers to make the customer feel special. An example would be, Ahh, you have beautiful skin. That sort of thing, please help me out! :)

say something like:

you have beautiful eyes
you have amazing skin
your skin is so bright/youthful looking
you dont need much make-up you have natural beauty
