Would you consider it rude if while doing your hair your beautician spent her time talking to others?

On three occasions she did this, 1 – she had a friend stop by and spent the time while doing my hair, chatting with the friend about their weekend plans and looking at the friends purchases, 2- spent time chatting with a client scheduled after me as they hovered around the chair as she was doing my hair, 3 – had her senile grandmother in salon and made numerous stops to take care of her, like stopping her grandmother from pocketing other staffs items. Is it time to drop this beautician? Your thoughts..

I think there’s a line – and you’re beautician’s crossed it! Dump her…

  5. They day she had her grandmother in there, i would be understanding with that as she may have had no choice in that matter, but the other times seem real unprofessional to me. Unless you really are happy with the way she does your hair, i would find another one.
