What is eyebrow threading and where can I get it done and how much would it cost or can I do it myself?
I was looking for alternatives to plucing on yahoo! answers and theres waxing (no way!Ouch!) or that little thang called threading. please gimme some answers.
ThAnKyOu.
I would suggest that you try threading because it is the easiest one to do out of plucking or waxing (ouch!) threading hurts but not so much if you do it the right way. Get a hold of a strand of thread and practice until you can perfect it. For the basics of how to do check out this site:http://www.hairfacts.com/methods/threading.html
Dont ask how I know this but they use pices of cotton twisted around and kind of see saw around your eybrows. This trap the hairs and pulls them out. Sounds horrible painful to me. I know they use it in India a lot so maybe try a beauty salon where someone from India works

I know threading
Threading usually cost the same as waxing usually $10. You can’t do it yourself. It is done with sewing thread and who ever does it twists the thread around their fingers and some how is able to use the thread to zip all the hair off. It feels the same as waxing. It is a little difficult to find a place to do it. The beauty shops that I have gone to the ladies are from India or Iran. Try it. It’s interesting how they do it.

I saw this on TV..threading is where someone takes two threads that are twisted together alittle, then they put their fingers into some loops at the ends of the threads (around the thumb and pointer finger on each hand) that they made. So, when you open one set on one hand and close the other the twist travels beck and forth, now if that makes sense, picture someone moving the twist section from one side to the other along you eyebrow and it’ll grab the hairs and pull them out. Now with that said you can’t do it yourself and it’d probably cost more than a waxing b/c it’s a special technique
