  6. They thread, then …
    They thread, then cut the long hairs and shape them beautifully. Sometimes they fill in your brows with pencil if you like. They also apply the Sumita brow base after. :)

    Do they just thread or do they also shape the eyebrows using shears for hairs that are long, especially those pesky ones in the front where it meets the nose?
