    Why is it that when “natural hair” is brought up all eyes fall on black people? Over 80% of the world population wears their hair in it’s natural state. It’s not a big deal and it has nothing to do with making a statement. We do it because it’s healthy and logical.

    Relaxing your hair is when people use a chemical product that changes the texture of your hair. Resulting in straighter roots and ends. So bascially relaxing the kinkiness. But its for any race with think frustraing curls lol.

    White women with straight hair use a perm their hair to get it curly. Black women with curly hair use a relaxer to get it permanently straight. Natural hair to black women is hair in its virgin state, untouched by any chemical. We still get it straight by blow drying /flat ironing the hair… I hope it answers your question.     I’m Dominican and I am not black. Dominican are probably one of the most diverse nationalities. There Dominicans that look Eurpean, to Dominicans that look like Indians, to Black Dominicans. We are proud of the rainbows of colors that we all come in.I have cousin with blue eye, just like a have cousins that are black with curly/coarse hair. I never go to to anything But a Dominican salon, they know how to do hair. They make it look shiny and healthy no matter your hair texture

    this video is one of the best videos i’ve seen so far. i am 17 years old and considering going natural. i haven’t permed my hair since 0ct of 2009 and its now feb. i was looking at this video like how is this poor lil lady going to do her hair? and i was truly amazed at the results. yet another video that has inspired me.
