What is the best make-up to sharpen facial features and create more attractive structure of the face?

I am a darker skinned black male with facial structure of Dwayne Wade(a bit high cheek bone) but dull features (eyes, eyebrows, etc.) So I was wondering what make-up for guys such as mascara, eyebrow fullers and enhancers, and other make-up I could use to achieve darker more defined features rather than my duller look. Thanks!

i wouldn’t use mascara if i were you.
maybe a tiny amount of eye liner.
