What are some realistic ways to get start up money to open a hair salon?

I am planning to open my small business I would like to have $200K or more to start my high end salon in Southern California. I have some savings but I don’t have wealthy family & friends to borrow from. I don’t think venture capitalists and Angels help salons. My plan is to borrow from the bank but I hear that they think salons are risky. I’m confused what should I do?

If you search the internet for "business grants for women", you will receive many sites that promise these resources. However, most of them charge a fee and I’m not sure of the legitimacy of each site. The best sites that I know of for business grant information are:
