Try supercuts in Bond Street Station.. they can probably do what you describe to them .. Also Rough Cut in Islington on Upper Street.

Theres no such thing as can’t do emo haircuts…
"emo" hair is the same as any other hair… they don’t know what a fringe is or something? they need to go back to college.
Walk in and tell them what you want or take a picture, simple.

I don't live in London sorry. What you could do is find a picture of one you like and bring it into a salon they should know what to do if you've brought in a picture.

Its super easy to cut it yourself
thats what i do.
either look up how to…
or just cut..
if yuuhr a chick,
its best to have long hair,
and short choppy
layers on the top layer.
it needs to be straight.
for a dude…
no layers.
kinda thin
and bangs to
a little under yuuhr eyes.
haha.
lol..
um..
yaah.
