What are some professional but cheap hair salons in Los Angeles?

I have really curly/thick/unmanageable hair that i’m trying to cut, let’s say, peter pan short. Does anyone know of any good hair salons in Los Angeles that have reasonable prices and are able to work with my kind of hair?

I wouldnt try SuperCuts….I’d go to an African American Salon….the ones that do the best haircuts are known by word of mouth….
