What kind of rollers are mostly used in salons?
What kind of hair rollers are mostly used in salons today for wet hair? Velcro, magnetic, plastic mesh?
I know velcro just wind onto the hair, no pins needed. How do you secure magnetic and plastic mesh rollers?
What type are you most likely to be taught to use in beauty school?
We use plastic rollers and hold them down with pin curl clips. The same method is taught in beauty school.

in the salon where i work, we use Velcro rollers. they work pretty good, sometimes i still think you need pins to hold them in place. sometimes on longer hair they move out of place, they work great on shorter layered hair.
in beauty school we used to use the plastic ones that came in our kit. they had to be secured with Little metal clips.
