    that’s strange and kind of dumb… not to say snowboarding isn’t awesome or challenging but his wood working and engineering skills blow snowboarding out of the water… i guess it’s all perspective…

    Not to mention that using an iron you actually have more of a ‘press’ to it where you fill all the pores and makes for a nice smooth surface after you are done scraping.

    This can’t be any better of a technique than using a traditional iron.

    At least be careful not to keep the heat gun in the same location for too long, or you will severely damage the layering of the board.
